Marian Ziółkowski and Igor Włodarczyk engage in verbal dispute

A verbal conflict is intensifying between veteran MMA fighter Marian Ziółkowski and undefeated fighter Igor Włodarczyk following KSW 122. The dispute began after Włodarczyk issued challenges to Ziółkowski and Mateusz Makarowski during a post-fight interview.

Ziółkowski drew criticism for questioning how Włodarczyk transitioned from mourning a deceased friend to discussing business and sporting challenges. Włodarczyk accused the veteran of exploiting a personal tragedy for attention and stated he would no longer shake Ziółkowski’s hand.

In a recent video, Ziółkowski responded by accusing Włodarczyk of manipulation, clarifying that he did not intend to comment on the tragedy itself, but rather the manner in which the athlete conducted the interview. Włodarczyk has since responded on social media, suggesting Ziółkowski misanalyzed his statements and addressing previous concerns regarding potential injuries.
