Mariana Brey adopts two dogs rescued by Leandro Rud

Journalist Mariana Brey has adopted two dogs, Chop and Luna, who were previously cared for by the late model agent Leandro Rud. Following Rud's death at age 51, the Zoonosis Escobar organization took responsibility for the six rescued dogs he had been sheltering in his home.

Zoonosis Escobar stated they had promised Rud they would ensure all his animals found good homes. While several of the rescued dogs have already found new families, Brey confirmed via social media that Chop and Luna are now part of her family.
