Mariana Maffeis honors daughters amid public separation from Badarik González

Mariana Maffeis, the daughter of Brazilian TV presenter Ana Maria Braga, posted a heartfelt tribute to her two older daughters, Joana (15) and Maria (11), on social media. In the message she wrote, “I have my days and flowering paths thanks to the secret garden I cultivate… Joana and Maria, perennial flowers to whom I owe much of my happiness, thank you for being exactly who you are!”

The tribute came as Maffeis is navigating a contentious split from Colombian yoga teacher Badarik González. Their six‑year marriage ended publicly after Maffeis filed a protective order against him. Since then she has limited the appearance of her younger children, Varuna (5) and Hima (2), citing the ex‑partner’s restriction on showing them in videos. The former spouses now communicate only through their lawyers.
