Mariano Werner wins Turismo Carretera race in San Luis

Mariano Werner secured a victory at the Rosendo Hernández Autodrome in San Luis during the Turismo Carretera Gran Premio Lusqtoff. After qualifying in third place during a session impacted by rain, Werner started from pole position in the final race.

Driving a Ford Mustang for Fadel Racing, Werner won the 23-lap race, narrowly defeating Julián Santero in a BMW M4 by 0.674 seconds. This victory marks Werner's 30th career win in Turismo Carretera and his third win at the San Luis circuit.

With this result, Werner has taken the lead in the Copa de Oro championship standings. The race was characterized by intense competition between Werner and Santero, with the field being neutralized once by a safety car intervention.
