Mariarosaria Sapia crowned Miss Castello Valle dell’Esaro 2026

Mariarosaria Sapia of San Marco Argentano has been crowned Miss Castello Valle dell’Esaro 2026. The title was awarded during the fourteenth stage of the Miss Italia Calabria competition, held in San Lorenzo del Vallo.

Winning the title grants Sapia access to the national pre-finals of Miss Italia 2026 and the Miss Italia Calabria grand final. The event, organized by Linda Suriano and Carmelo Ambrogio of the Carli Fashion Agency, has been running for twelve years as a means to promote Calabrian territories and local talent.

The ceremony took place in the central square of San Lorenzo del Vallo, utilizing the local castle as a symbolic backdrop. Organizers noted strong community involvement and expressed gratitude to local administration and the Inter Club Enrico Cucchi for their support in promoting the region's identity and landscapes.
