Marie hosts acoustic concert during Estivales du Département

The village of Marie, located in the Tinée valley within the Alpes-Maritimes department, hosted a notable evening during the 2026 Estivales du Département des Alpes-Maritimes. Despite a storm and a general power outage, the musical event continued as an entirely acoustic concert.

Marie is a mountain village situated at an altitude of 630 meters, surrounded by the Gélas and Caïre Gros massifs. The village has historical roots dating back to at least 1066 and has long served as a center of pilgrimage in the region.
