Mariglianese football club restarts autism inclusion project

The ASD US Mariglianese football club has launched the second year of ‘Un Calcio all’Autismo – In Campo con il Cuore’, a social inclusion project designed for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Supported by cybersecurity firm Netgroup, the initiative provides free weekly training sessions every Tuesday at the San Vito Sports Center in Marigliano. The program utilizes peer tutoring, allowing participants to train alongside their peers from the football academy to foster socialization, motor skills, and autonomy. Following positive results in the first season, the club has integrated the project as a core part of its social identity within the local community.
