The skeletal remains of 29-year-old Marija Kepić have been discovered near the Risovačka cave near Aranđelovac, six years after she disappeared. Kepić vanished on the morning of October 29, 2020, leaving her home without notifying her family.

Her remains were located following anonymous letters sent to her family in May, which claimed she was dead and specified the location of her body. DNA analysis has since confirmed the remains belong to Kepić. While the discovery provides the family with some closure regarding her whereabouts, several critical questions remain unanswered, including the exact cause and time of death, her destination on the day she disappeared, and the identity of the individual who sent the anonymous letters.
