Marija Miteva advocates for women's economic role in Europe

Marija Miteva, President of the Union of Women of VMRO-DPMNE, emphasized the necessity of utilizing the full potential of women to ensure Europe's future following her participation in the European People's Party's autumn academy in Athens.

During the academy, themed ‘Let us use the power of women’, discussions focused on increasing women's competitiveness in the labor market, fostering entrepreneurship, and enabling access to leadership positions. Miteva stated that women should be viewed not merely as recipients of economic measures, but as drivers of economic growth, innovation, and development. She noted that true empowerment is measured by women's ability to take responsibility and participate actively in decision-making processes.
