Marina Cosplay & Games festival energises Marina di Ravenna

The fifth edition of Marina Cosplay & Games took place in Marina di Ravenna from 31 July to 2 August 2026. Organized by the Pro Loco di Marina di Ravenna with the patronage of the Comune di Ravenna and the Italian gaming federation Federludo, the free‑entry weekend offered a dense program of pop‑culture activities.

Highlights included a Michael Jackson‑tribute show by cosplayer Victoria Micheletti, a concert by the Cartuneitors performing cartoon‑theme songs, multiple K‑pop stages, historical fencing demonstrations, and sword‑fight performances by the Force Academy. A large tabletop gaming area hosted 25 tables with board‑games and role‑playing sessions, while a cosplay contest was held in both amateur and official categories. An art exhibition, “Euritmia degli opposti”, was displayed at the FaroArte gallery. Additional attractions comprised a night market, creative workshops, and the return of Marina Creativa.

The event was promoted as part of the “Capitale del Mare” programme and attracted local fans of cosplay, board games, anime, and music.
