Marina di Città Sant'Angelo fatal crash kills 18‑year‑old

An 18‑year‑old motorcyclist was killed after his bike collided with a car on a night in Marina di Città Sant'Angelo, a town of about 15,000 in the province of Pescara, Italy. The impact was described as very violent, and the rider died from his injuries at the scene.

Carabinieri from the operational and radiomobile units of the Montesilvano company arrived, secured the area and began investigations. The car driver sustained injuries, was taken to hospital for treatment, and is cooperating with police as they reconstruct the accident dynamics.
