Marina di Vecchiano reports on 2026 summer season services

As the 2026 summer season nears its end, Marina di Vecchiano is reviewing its seasonal performance and service metrics. Mayor Massimiliano Angori reported that the municipality invested over 200,000 euros in maintenance and security measures to support the coastal area.

Key service statistics include the distribution of 2,384 parking passes to residents of Vecchiano and San Giuliano Terme. Additionally, approximately 2,300 people have utilized the free shuttle service connecting the Case di Marina parking lot to the coastline. This shuttle service is scheduled to continue operating on holidays for the remainder of the summer.

Safety along the shore is managed through a collaborative network involving the Municipal Police, the Pisa Fire Department, 118 emergency personnel, and various volunteer organizations, including the Angeli Rossi, Confraternita Misericordia di Vecchiano, and Pubblica Assistenza Pisa (Migliarino section).
