Marina Square mall to close in 2027 for major redevelopment
Marina Square Shopping Mall in Singapore is scheduled to close on March 31, 2027, to facilitate a major redevelopment of the 9.2-hectare Marina Centre complex. Singapore Land Group (SingLand) announced that the project is expected to reach completion by 2031.
The redevelopment will transform the site into a mixed-use destination featuring luxury residences, hotels, offices, and wellness facilities. Plans include a 49-storey residential tower with 204 luxury homes, a 19-storey mixed-use tower containing a 304-room hotel and Grade A office space, and a 24-storey serviced apartment tower.
Existing hotels within the complex—Pan Pacific Singapore, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, and Mandarin Oriental Singapore—will remain operational throughout the construction period and will be integrated with the three new towers.
