Marine Fauthoux returns to French women's basketball team

Marine Fauthoux is set to return to the French women's national basketball team as the squad prepares for the Euro 2027 qualifiers. Head coach Jean-Aimé Toupane announced the roster on Tuesday, marking Fauthoux's return following a period of absence due to a serious knee injury sustained in June 2025.

Fauthoux, a 25-year-old point guard and 2024 Olympic silver medalist, was previously omitted from the World Cup squad. She will rejoin the national team alongside four players who recently competed in the World Cup in Berlin: Valériane Ayayi, Marième Badiane, Migna Touré, and Amina Gueye.
