Maringá implements traffic closures near Electoral Forum

The Maringá City Hall, through the Secretariat of Urban Mobility (Semob), has announced traffic alterations on Avenida Gastão Vidigal near the Maringá Electoral Forum for Saturday (24) and Sunday (25). These changes are intended to facilitate the organization and execution of the electoral process.

On Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., there will be a partial closure of one lane on Avenida Gastão Vidigal in the direction of Avenida Colombo. During this time, two-way traffic will be maintained on a parallel road. On Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the blockade will expand, requiring traffic to flow in a counter-flow pattern on the released lane. Additionally, direct access to the Electoral Forum will be completely blocked on Sunday.

Parking areas on both sides of Avenida Gastão Vidigal will be closed starting Saturday morning. Urban Mobility Secretary Luciano Brito advises drivers to reduce speed, follow temporary signage, and use alternative routes to avoid congestion in the area.
