Maringá projects recognized in Paraná Public Manager Award

Two initiatives developed by the Maringá City Hall were recognized in the 2026 edition of the Prêmio Gestor Público Paraná (PGP-PR). The award, presented in late September, honored 38 projects from 31 municipalities across the state of Paraná.

The first recognized project, ‘TechBus – Tecnologia para Todos’, was developed by the Maringá Agency for Innovation and Technology (Amitech). It utilizes a converted school bus as a mobile classroom to teach children programming and robotics through partnerships with the private sector.

The second project, ‘Espectro em Movimento’, was developed by the Secretariat for Persons with Disabilities (Seped). It focuses on supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing multisensory environments and inclusive resources during public events.
