Mario Ariza appointed as Junta de Andalucía delegate in Huelva
The Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía has approved the appointment of Mario Ariza Pérez as the territorial delegate for Tourism, Justice, Deregulation, and Local Administration in Huelva. This position is part of the power-sharing agreement between the PP and Vox in Andalusia and had remained vacant since late July, with functions previously managed provisionally from Cádiz.
Ariza, a member of Vox, currently serves as the second deputy mayor and councilor for Agriculture and Works in La Palma del Condado. He intends to maintain his municipal responsibilities alongside his new regional role. Professionally, Ariza has been a prison official since 2007 and holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Huelva.
