Mario Bărăitaru scores three goals in two matches for CSM Slatina

Mario Bărăitaru, a 19-year-old central defender for CSM Slatina, has scored three goals in the first two rounds of Liga 2. After scoring twice against Steaua in the opening round, he added a third goal in a 34th-minute strike during a recent match against CS Dinamo București.

CSM Slatina currently leads the second division following a 5-1 home victory. Slatina coach Adrian Dulcea noted that while the results provide confidence, the team must maintain focus and manage their preparation for both the league and the Romanian Cup.
