Mario Pittoni seeks dual-channel teacher recruitment via GPSR

Mario Pittoni, the head of the Lega party's education department, has announced efforts to develop the GPSR to establish a dual-channel recruitment system for teachers. This architecture would allow for hiring from provincial rankings alongside traditional teaching competitions.

Pittoni noted that the regulation of this system can only be finalized following negotiations with the European Commission. He also addressed the issue of annual teaching competitions mandated by the PNRR, stating that the Commission had previously expressed openness to discussing limited calls for tenders specifically for exhausted rankings.
