Mariscala municipal swimming pool project enters second stage

The municipal swimming pool project in Mariscala has entered its second stage of construction. Originally planned as a recreational facility, the project was adjusted to become a semi-olympic pool featuring three lanes for training.

The first stage, which involved the construction of the pool itself, is nearly complete. The second stage will focus on expanding locker rooms and services. The total investment for the project is approximately 20 million pesos, funded by the Intendencia Departamental de Lavalleja (IDL), the Municipality of Mariscala, the Office of Planning and Budget (OPP) via the Interior Development Fund, and the National Sports Secretariat.
