Marissa transitions from songwriter to solo artist

Marissa, the stage name of 21-year-old songwriter Maria Dzięcielak, is transitioning from a behind-the-scenes composer to a solo vocalist. Having written over 170 songs, her credits include collaborations with prominent artists such as Doda, Roksana Węgiel, Oskar Cyms, and Sara James, as well as work on music for the ‘365 Days’ film series.

Following her appearance on the 13th edition of the talent show ‘Must Be The Music’, where she received positive feedback from judges Dawid Kwiatkowski, Natalia Szroeder, and Sebastian Karpiel-Bułecka, Marissa is set to perform at a major event in Kielce. On August 30, she will perform her song ‘Odkochaj’ to compete for the ‘Przebój Lata Radia ZET i Polsatu 2026’ title.
