Mariupol sees real estate boom in occupied territories
In the Russian-occupied city of Mariupol, a real estate boom is underway as new residential complexes rise on the sites of buildings destroyed during the 2022 Russian invasion.
On Metalurški prospekt, the Russian construction firm Su-2007 has demolished several war-damaged structures to make way for high-rise apartments within the 'Lenjingradski kvart' complex. These new developments are being built on locations previously occupied by residents whose homes were struck by missiles or burned during the conflict.

These residents often rely on Russian documentation for administrative processes and seek services such as furniture delivery from Russia.
