Marius Șumudică discusses coaching style and declines FCSB questions

CFR Cluj manager Marius Șumudică has addressed his recent coaching approach and refused to comment on league rivals during a press conference ahead of the match against UTA Arad.

During a television appearance on Fanatik SuperLiga, Șumudică discussed his efforts to motivate his players following a loss to U Cluj. He noted a shift in his coaching style, emphasizing the importance of ‘paraverbal’ communication, specifically regarding vocal tone and pitch, to better manage team dynamics.

In a separate press conference preceding the UTA vs. CFR Cluj fixture, Șumudică expressed frustration when a journalist asked about FCSB and coach Laurențiu Reghecampf. He requested that the media refrain from asking questions regarding rival clubs, stating that he respects all teams in the top flight but wishes to focus exclusively on CFR Cluj and his team's preparation.
