Mark Curry accuses 50 Cent of withholding production credits for Diddy documentary

Former Bad Boy Records artist Mark Curry has publicly accused executive producer 50 Cent of failing to provide promised production credits and financial compensation regarding the Netflix docuseries ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning’.

Curry claims he was instrumental in the project’s development, alleging he recruited talent and provided foundational research. He stated that the lack of professional credit has hindered his ability to pursue other industry opportunities. Curry also expressed frustration over a redacted April 2024 agreement that allegedly restricted him from working on other projects related to Sean Combs while failing to deliver the promised recognition.

In response to the allegations on social media, 50 Cent jokingly addressed Curry’s claims. Curry has also raised concerns regarding sync licensing for his musical contributions to the documentary, which recently won a Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Picture Editing.
