Mark Zuckerberg goes viral after sipping Guinness on podcast

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has become the subject of a viral social media moment following an appearance on the ‘Cheeky Pint’ podcast. Hosted by Stripe co-founder John Collison, the podcast features tech leaders discussing industry developments over drinks. During the episode, which included Meta’s Chief AI Officer Alexandr Wang, Zuckerberg took a sip of Guinness and reacted with a visible grimace and stiff posture.

The 12-second clip has amassed over 13 million views on X, prompting widespread internet commentary and jokes regarding his perceived lack of expressiveness. In response to social media users suggesting the act was performative, Zuckerberg replied on X, stating, ‘That’s just my face.’

The appearance coincided with discussions regarding Meta’s latest AI developments. Separately, it was noted that Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, recently purchased a historic Gothic-style castle in County Waterford, Ireland, where Meta maintains its international headquarters.
