Markem-Imaje launches CoLOS 2D SaaS solutions for GS1 compliance

Markem-Imaje has launched CoLOS 2D Activate and CoLOS 2D Engage, two Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise solutions designed to help manufacturers prepare for the GS1 Sunrise 2027 transition.

These tools allow consumer packaged goods (CPG) and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands to create, manage, and activate both static and dynamic GS1 Digital Link QR codes. The platform aims to transform QR codes from simple compliance tools into digital assets that support retail checkout, supply chain visibility, and personalized consumer engagement.

To support the software rollout, Markem-Imaje is offering expert consulting services. This includes on-site production environment assessments and practical recommendations to help manufacturers develop implementation roadmaps and identify investment priorities.
