Markíza TV unveils extensive summer 2026 programming slate with new series and classic returns
Slovak broadcaster Markíza announced its summer 2026 schedule across its main channel and subsidiary stations Doma, Dajto, Markíza KRIMI and Markíza KLASIK. Highlights include the debut of the adventure series Sandokan on 5 July, the Voyo Original comedy Sex O’Clock on 2 July, new seasons of the Czech crime drama Odznak Vysočina (starting 7 July) and a modern retelling of Robin Hood (2 August). Crime‑comedy Buldok z Poděbrad launches on 9 July, while the 22nd season of NCIS and its spin‑off NCIS: Origins arrive in late July and early August respectively.
Doma will broadcast the 10th season of Chicago Fire from 24 July, continue the Turkish hit Zakázané ovoce, and bring back telenovela Vôňa vášne (8 July) and classic sitcoms Frasier and Friends. Dajto adds live Nike‑league football matches from 25 July and the rescue‑action series Záchranári z Havaja starting 4 July. Markíza KRIMI introduces the French detective series Balthazar on 3 July and schedules other crime titles. Markíza KLASIK will revive classic series such as Pobrežná hliadka and Vražedné pobrežie. The lineup aims to blend new premieres, series continuations and nostalgic programming for Slovak audiences throughout the summer.
