Marl to host community board game event and DKMS registration

The city of Marl will participate in the nationwide ‘Stadt-Land-Spielt!’ initiative on Saturday, September 19. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the reading garden of the Türmchen family library will host a program featuring various card, board, and family games.

In addition to free gaming opportunities and a game rally with prizes, the event includes a collaboration with DKMS. Visitors can register as potential stem cell donors at the family library to support blood cancer patients. Food and drinks will be available for voluntary donations to support local library associations.
