Marília Film Festival 2026 announces official jury
The 2026 Marília Film Festival has announced the official jury for its competitive showcase. The panel consists of three professionals from the Brazilian audiovisual sector: researcher and critic Viviane Pistache, filmmaker and photographer Mônica Ogaya, and executive producer Fran Moro.
The jury will evaluate a growing number of submissions, with 945 films registered for the 2026 edition, an increase from the 907 entries received in 2025. The selection aims to highlight the diversity and strength of contemporary Brazilian cinematic production across various territories and aesthetics.
