Marliana Councilman files complaints alleging administrative irregularities
In Marliana, Councilman Marco Traversari has filed multiple formal complaints against Mayor Federico Bruschi, alleging an “opaque system” within the local administration. The complaints, sent to the Prefecture of Pistoia, the Court of Auditors, ANAC, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, cite several serious irregularities.
Traversari alleges the existence of “ghost acts,” including minutes signed by individuals not present during sessions. He also claims the administration failed to safeguard budget balances as required by law and that the municipality is facing a significant deficit despite previous claims of a financial surplus.
Further allegations include a 92-day delay in publishing the Simplified Single Programming Document (DUPS) and discrepancies where planned public works lack necessary financial coverage. Additionally, the councilman pointed to mismanagement regarding human resources and legal disputes with municipal employees.
