Marlon Funaki announces debut Australian tour for February 2027
Los Angeles-based multi-instrumentalist Marlon Funaki has announced his debut Australian tour, scheduled for February 2027. The tour, presented by Frontier Touring, will feature three headline shows in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
The scheduled dates include a performance at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel on 5 February, followed by Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on 9 February, and concluding at Brisbane’s Crowbar on 11 February. All venues are designated as 18+.
Funaki, who is signed to Warner Records, has seen a rise in profile following releases such as the 2022 album 'Monterey Village' and the 2026 EP 'HALF MOON'. His musical style incorporates elements of psychedelia, indie rock, R&B, and jazz. Presales for the tour are set to begin on 14 October at 10am local time.
