Marlon Vera weighs in for UFC 331 bout against Charles Jourdain

Marlon Vera has officially weighed in at 136 pounds ahead of his bantamweight bout against Charles Jourdain at UFC 331 in Los Angeles. The Ecuadorian fighter enters the matchup following a four-fight losing streak, all by decision. To prepare for this return to the octagon, Vera has implemented coaching changes, moving away from Jason Parillo to join the camp associated with Raúl Rosas Jr. to refocus on his kickboxing skills.

Jourdain, a Canadian fighter with an 18-8-1 professional record, enters the fight on a three-fight winning streak since moving to the 135-pound division. The bout is scheduled to take place on the preliminary card at the Crypto.com Arena.

Separately, Vera was recognized by UFC integrity chief Jeff Novitzky for reaching a career milestone of 75 successful anti-doping tests. He is only the seventh fighter in the promotion's history to achieve this mark, joining athletes such as Amanda Nunes and Dustin Poirier.
