Maroon 5 performs in Salvador after ten-year hiatus

American band Maroon 5 performed at the Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador, Bahia, marking their return to the state after ten years. The concert is part of the “Love Is Like” tour, supporting their eighth studio album released in August 2025.

Led by Adam Levine, the group performed a repertoire including hits such as “This Love”, “Sunday Morning”, “Moves Like Jagger”, “Payphone”, and “Sugar”. This Salvador appearance was one of three stops during their current Brazilian leg, following performances in São Paulo and São José do Rio Preto. The band is scheduled to perform at Rock in Rio in Rio de Janeiro following the Bahia show.

For many fans, the event served as a decade-long reunion. Some attendees had previously seen the band perform in Salvador in 2016 at the Parque de Exposições, noting the emotional significance of revisiting the group's music after ten years.
