Maroua hosts World Habitat Day activities with WHO and MAETUR
In Maroua, Cameroon, various organizations are participating in activities for World Habitat Day. The World Health Organization (WHO) has established an information and vaccination stand at the Habitat Village to provide public health awareness and cholera vaccinations.
Simultaneously, the Mission for the Development and Equipment of Urban and Rural Lands (MAETUR) is using the occasion to engage with students from the University of Maroua. The institution is hosting delegations, including architecture students from the National Higher Polytechnic School, to provide practical insight into urban planning, engineering, and sustainable territory development.
