Marq Logistics delivers new logistics park in Taboão da Serra

Marq Logistics, formerly known as GLP Brasil, has announced the delivery of the Marq Logistics SP Taboão, a new logistics park in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The development adds approximately 120,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) to the company’s Brazilian last-mile asset portfolio.

Located 12 km from Marginal Pinheiros, the facility consists of five urban warehouses designed for front-load and cross-docking operations. The modules start at 4,000 square meters and offer customizable lease contracts to accommodate various business sizes and sectors. The site is positioned to provide efficient access to major commercial networks without toll roads.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the project is slated to receive the LEED Gold certification. Mauro Dias, head of Real Estate at Ares Management in Brazil, noted that the modular concept allows the project to adapt to diverse company needs, ranging from small spaces to large distribution centers.
