Marquette University reports record athletics funding and hosts student organization fest

Marquette University Athletics reported raising $21.8 million in philanthropic support during Fiscal Year 2026. The funds, contributed by over 9,000 donors, support 17 NCAA Division I varsity programs and spirit squads. Notable increases in giving included a 130% rise in commitments to the men's basketball excellence fund and a 686% increase in gift commitments for men's soccer.

On campus, the university held its biannual Student Organization Fest (O-Fest) at Central Mall. The event allowed students to engage with more than 250 campus organizations, ranging from fine arts and Greek life to club sports and service groups.
