Married at First Sight sees massive streaming growth on Peacock

The Peacock reality series ‘Married at First Sight’ has seen a significant surge in viewership following its move to the streaming platform. Season 20 recorded 1.2 billion viewing minutes in its first month, with Peacock reporting a 94% increase in total streaming compared to season 19. Nielsen data confirms the show was a top three reality program for four consecutive weeks starting in mid-July.

Despite the ratings success, the season concluded with only one of the seven couples, Michelle and Cameron, choosing to remain married on Decision Day.

Following his appearance on the show, contestant Nick Uhlenhuth shared that he has sought therapy to process his divorce from Courteney Landis. He noted that watching the broadcast provided him with the closure and validation needed to move forward in the dating world.
