Marriott Bonvoy announces triple points promotion for summer 2027 rentals

Marriott Bonvoy has introduced a promotion for its Homes & Villas platform, offering members triple base points on qualifying rentals of five or more consecutive nights during summer 2027.

To qualify, members must book their stays through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website during a specific window from October 19, 2026, to November 20, 2026. The promotional stay period runs from May 25, 2027, through September 11, 2027. Registration for the offer is required by November 20, 2026.

Participants earn five base points per U.S. dollar on qualifying charges, with the promotion providing a three-times multiplier on those base points. Elite bonuses are calculated separately. The offer excludes taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, deposits, and add-on services from point accumulation. Payment must be made via credit or debit card, and no points will be awarded for cancellations or no-shows.
