Marriott Bonvoy offers bonus points for Homes & Villas stays

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy has introduced a new promotion offering members 2,000 bonus points per night for private home rental stays. The offer is capped at a maximum of 10,000 bonus points per stay.

To qualify, members must book stays of at least two consecutive nights through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website. The promotion requires a minimum spend of US$1,500, excluding taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, and security deposits. Bookings must be made by October 1, 2026, for stays completed by December 31, 2026.

Additionally, some travelers may be able to combine this promotion with an American Express offer that provides $350 back on stays of $1,000 or more, potentially increasing the total value of the promotion.
