The properties, such as Siari in Nayarit, Mexico, and Nekajui on the Papagayo Peninsula in Costa Rica, are marketed as ultra‑private retreats that blend local culture and natural surroundings with high‑end amenities. Guests can stay in stand‑alone villas or residential suites that offer immersive experiences, personalized service and a focus on uninterrupted leisure.
