Marriott International signs agreement for seven new hotels in Thailand

Marriott International has signed a landmark agreement with FICO Corporation to develop seven new hotels across Thailand. The expansion is expected to add 1,262 keys to the region, specifically targeting urban and leisure destinations in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket.

The deal includes the expansion of the JW Marriott brand, notably with the JW Marriott Bangkok Sathorn, which is planned to feature 288 keys and focus on wellness and urban living. Additionally, the agreement marks the Thai debut of several brands, including citizenM, Four Points Flex by Sheraton, and Series by Marriott.
