Marrow and MARC secure new funding for AI-driven platforms

Insurtech startup Marrow has raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Insurtech Gateway, with participation from Seed X, Leo Capital, Portfolio Ventures, and various angel investors. The company is developing infrastructure designed to allow AI agents to quote, purchase, and service insurance products according to an insurer’s specific terms and regulatory requirements.

Separately, Manhattan-based real estate technology startup MARC has announced a $5 million oversubscribed seed round led by Work-Bench, with participation from MXV Capital. MARC provides an AI platform aimed at helping institutional real estate owners identify and streamline operating costs across their portfolios. The company plans to use the capital to expand its operations across the United States and Canada and to grow its engineering and sales teams in New York.
