Marsa Boulevard returns for third season in Dubai

Marsa Boulevard, the waterfront lifestyle and dining destination located near Dubai Festival City, is set to reopen for its third season on October 30, 2026. Under the theme ‘My heart is happiest with you,’ the venue will feature expanded spaces along the Dubai Creek.

The upcoming season includes new dining options such as Nac, Crst, For a while, Marmellata, Slrp, Badu, and Nuwa, alongside returning favorites like Lune, Home Bakery, Trio, and Sadeem. The destination is also expanding its wellness offerings at Matcha Club Creek to include Pilates and a dedicated yoga studio in addition to padel courts.

Cultural and retail elements will feature commissioned art installations inspired by the creek, as well as fashion and beauty pop-ups from brands including Loewe, Rare Beauty, and Le Labo. The venue will host various activities throughout the season, including celebrations for Eid Al Etihad, New Year’s Eve, and Ramadan.
