Marseille to Host Pediatric Cancer Research Conference in September 2026
The nonprofit Enfants Cancers Santé will organize the second public scientific meeting on pediatric oncology in Marseille on 18‑19 September 2026. The two‑day event takes place at the Fort Ganteaume and brings together researchers, clinicians, associations and volunteers to promote advances in oncopediatric research and raise public awareness.
Day 1 (18 Sept) is dedicated to exchanges among volunteers and partners, featuring a seminar for regional association volunteers, a meeting with Lions Clubs International, and a closing dinner with representatives of the AP‑HM, the City of Marseille and scientific personalities. Day 2 (19 Sept) is a public symposium where experts will present work on childhood leukaemias, new immunotherapies, neuroblastoma, paediatric lymphomas and innovative French‑developed treatments.
The conference is supported by the French National Cancer Institute (INCa), the SFCE, the AP‑HM, the City of Marseille, Lions Clubs International and the Foundation of the Lions of France, among other institutional and associative partners.
