Marsh announces new leadership appointments in New Zealand and Japan

Marsh has announced several leadership changes across its Asia Pacific operations. Anna Scott has been appointed as the new CEO of Marsh New Zealand, succeeding Toni Ferrier. Scott will also maintain her position as president of the newly rebranded Marsh People.

In Japan, Andrew Hare has been named the Chief Executive Officer of Marsh Re, effective January 1, 2027, pending regulatory approval. Hare, who currently serves as Head of Growth for Marsh Re in Asia Pacific, will succeed Jeremy Fox. Fox will transition to the role of Chairman, Asia Pacific, Marsh Re. Hare will relocate to Tokyo from Singapore in mid-2027 to oversee client management and strategic growth in the Japanese market.
