Marta Sanahuja, known online as Delicious Martha and serving as a juror on MasterChef, disclosed on Instagram that she suffered a miscarriage. She wrote that the pregnancy ended at nine weeks with no heartbeat, describing the moment as "the worst nightmare" and saying, "I have a heart broken into a thousand pieces."

Sanahuja shared a photo of herself holding her two‑year‑old son Enzo and explained that the loss was due to a retained abortion caused by chromosomal abnormalities, noting that 1 in 4 pregnancies end before birth and that about 80 % of such cases are beyond parental control. She urged other women not to feel guilty, emphasizing that sharing the experience can help break the silence surrounding gestational loss.
