Martin Garrix announces debut pop album ‘MARTY’ for 2027

Martin Garrix MARTY album STMPD Records Amsterdam Dance Event pop music debut

Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix has announced his debut pop album, titled ‘MARTY’, scheduled for release on March 5, 2027, via STMPD Records and Darkroom Records. The 14-track project marks a transition for the artist, featuring his own vocals and moving beyond traditional electronic dance music.

The album is described as an autobiographical lifecycle, tracing Garrix's journey from his childhood roots to global stardom. The title ‘MARTY’ is a reference to his earliest DJ moniker, ‘DJ Marty’. The opening track, ‘Catharina’, is a tribute to his mother.

High-profile collaborators on the album include Madonna, U2, Ed Sheeran, and Aitana. Garrix revealed the project during an exclusive Spotify Pop-Up show at the Amsterdam Dance Event, where he performed unreleased tracks for listeners. He noted that the album focuses on themes of growth and the concept of eternal love.
