Martin Garrix performs surprise set at Mexico City taquería

Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix held a surprise electronic music set at Tacos Atarantados, a taquería located in the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico City. The unannounced performance took place on the night of Thursday, October 15, at the establishment on Córdoba Street.

Garrix coordinated the event by posting clues and coordinates on his Instagram stories, allowing fans to decipher the location. The intimate set featured a minimal setup where the artist performed in a reduced space without large screens or festival-scale production. His repertoire included well-known tracks such as ‘Animals’, ‘High on Life’, and ‘Scared to Be Lonely’.

The impromptu gathering served as a prelude to his scheduled concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes, part of his Americas Tour, which are set for Friday, October 16, and Saturday, October 17.
