Martin Molnár secures podium finish in British F3 race

Hungarian driver Martin Molnár secured a third-place podium finish during the second race of the British Formula 3 (GB3) weekend at Donington Park. Driving for Rodin Motorsport, Molnár started from third on the grid but lost one position at the start to Leon Wilson.

The race was marked by significant disruptions, including a safety car period following a crash by Nikita Bedrin and a subsequent incident involving Rodrigo Gonzalez, Ricardo Baptista, and Jack Taylor. Despite these interruptions, Molnár maintained a competitive pace, closely pursuing Wilson throughout the race.

Deagen Fairclough won the race, marking his fourth victory in the last two weekends. While Molnár's performance in the second race was a success, his results across the weekend were mixed, including a ninth-place finish in the reverse-grid race where he faced difficulties following mid-race incidents and tactical shifts in the field.
