Martin Molnár secures two third-place qualifying spots at Donington Park

Hungarian driver Martin Molnár achieved two third-place finishes during the qualifying sessions for the British Formula 3 (GB3) championship at Donington Park. Following a five-week break, the sixth race weekend of the season saw Molnár demonstrate strong pace in both qualifying segments.

In the first qualifying session (Q1), Molnár secured a time of 1:20.691, placing him third behind Nikita Bedrin and Deagen Fairclough. The driver noted that while he has competed at Donington Park previously in Formula 4, he finds the GB3 car more enjoyable to drive on this 4,020-meter Grand Prix circuit.

Molnár, racing for Rodin Motorsport, expressed optimism regarding the weekend's potential, citing previous successful testing at the venue. He noted that the team typically performs well in temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius and aims to maintain their position within the front group regardless of weather conditions.
